"Potable Water Treating Chemicals"
All of our Potable Water Treating Chemicals have been certified by NSF for safe use in drinking water. These products are Linear Chain Phosphates. They have a wide range of applications. Each product is a very specific blend of several different types of phosphates. This gives them their very long chains. The longer the chain, the better the performance of the phosphate.
For Corrosion Control, our phosphates will combine with the minerals in the water to form a protective coating. This will prevent any lead and/or copper from leaching off the water lines into your drinking water.
For Red or Black water associated with Iron and/or Manganese, our phosphates will sequester or tie-up these minerals and not let them become visible in the water.
For Scale build up, our phosphates will soften these mineral deposits and gradually remove them from the water lines. This process will only occur if you are feeding a clean up dosage.
